Stella grew up in Kose, Estonia and moved to the United States in 1999. She began her personal training career in 2003, returning to Estonia for one year in 2005 to attend Tallinn University for studies in Physical Education. Returning to the US in 2006 she continues her career as a personal trainer and is working toward her degree in exercise science. Stella has worked as a personal trainer at many great gyms around Atlanta, including the YMCA, LA Fitness, Planet Sport, Fitness Together and World Gym. She has also organized and facilitated boot camps around Atlanta and trains clients one-on-one both in the gym and in the client’s home.

Stella’s priority as your one-on-one personal trainer is to train you using proven techniques that will help you meet your fitness goals. Stella puts your safety first designing eating plans and workouts that allow you to make noticeable progress at a pace and degree of difficulty appropriate for your body type and fitness level.

Isolating movements, core strengthening, flexibility, balance, and work out challenge are essential components of the exercise plans Stella designs for each individual client.
